Comfortable and pleasant kitchen facilities: The kitchen-office at the hostel was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including microwaves, a water heater, toasters, and a fridge. It made it really convenient to heat up or prepare food in a comfortable and enjoyable manner.
Confusing signage: It would be helpful if there was clearer signage at the bottom of the stairs to guide guests in the right direction.

The shared shower & bathroom were mind-blowingly clean, the kitchen was super well-equipped, and there was even a vending machine and fridge. The dorm was spacious and jaw-droppingly clean too. The check-in experience was amazing, as the woman was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information. The hostel's location is superb, being close to supermarkets, a park, and within walking distance of the old town. The hostel itself is incredibly clean, with soap and paper towels provided in the bathrooms. The rooms have high-quality cotton sheets, and the lockers ensure security. The availability of a kettle and microwave adds convenience. The hostel also offers a free continental breakfast, which is a great bonus. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided useful information about visiting the thermal baths in the area.

I got great value for my money at the hostel in Ourense. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bunks and lockers.
For breakfast, it would be nice to have more fresh options available.
